Starting this Monday, we will be selling the Smokehouse BBQ Sandwich to our guests. For those of you that have never tried the sandwich we highly recommend it. As a reminder the product description for the sandwich is:

A boneless breast of chicken, marinated with a special blend of seasonings and grilled for a tender and juicy backyard-grilled taste, served on a toasted, buttered sweet yeast bun with Colby‑Jack cheese, bacon hand-tossed in a brown sugar and pepper blend and Green Leaf lettuce. Topped with zesty Smokehouse BBQ sauce.

All Front of House team members are expected to be able to answer questions about the product for our guests. If there is anything about which you are unclear, ask management for clarification.

I hope you are all having an exciting and eventful beginning of 2022! We are starting off the New Year with some exciting new developments you may see over the next few months. One these is this brand new website meant to help support our team is multiple ways. For the past month our leadership team has been working to create and test a website built for team members. Many of you that have recently completed training have been the first to experience what this website has to offer. From ordering uniforms and requesting changes to your time punch to submitting prayer requests and describing some of the many benefits offered with your employment here at Chick-fil-A Village Commons, this website is meant to support you both professionally and personally. We will be continuing to update this website to make improvements throughout the next few months. If you have any suggestions for how we can improve the website or the store as a whole please fill-out a response for the suggestion box.

January 3, 2022

This month we will be focusing on re-training the team to help improve our guests experience in the drive-thru both from a service and speed standpoint. We will also be heavily focusing on the standards of safety while we have team members working to serve our guests outside. You will be scheduled as groups for this retraining, before, during, or after one of your operational shifts in the coming weeks to go over Chick-fil-A standards in this vital area of our restaurant. If there is any reason you will not be able to make your scheduled training, please reach out to our training team as soon as possible.
